This Blog is about Musical Tenacity, Brotherly Respect and Creative Tolerance.
Last night (15 July 2024) I spent time photographing the revered local band Oddfellows. I’ve known them since the 90’s when they were formed.
The Oddfellows are Patrick Chng (guitar, keyboards), Kelvin Tan (guitar), Vincent Lee (bass) and Johnny Ong (drums).
I had a Vision on how I wanted to photograph them and I thank them to trusting in my Vision.
The band had sent me a video on their recent single, when I saw the lights that they dangled around the cosy TNT Studio, a light bulb flashed in my head. Last night, the light bulb became reality. Thanks, guys!
Thanks to Patrick Chng for lugging the fairy lights back to TNT Studio for the shoot. Thanks, Vincent for the ride from my home. Thanks, guys for wearing white shirts, important for the shoot..
Here are some fond Odds images from over the years and from last night’s “electric and enlightened” fun session.
