I regard Integrity, Dignity, Gratitude and Faith as the North, South, East, West of one’s Self-Armoury. They’ll set you in good stead. Where Faith in the existence of a Higher Being, being A Better Person, having Happy Opportunities come true etc. is the North Star.
Integrity is doing right, from the Heart. You know you have it.
Dignity is pride in oneself, from having always done right. Others can see it in your gait. Your shoulders have banished slouching. Your head is held high. Gravity no longer has a pull on you. You fall 3 times, you get up 4 times.
Gratitude is being always thankful. You walk with lighter, less burdensome steps. You have a song (Love) in your heart, a spring in your step, pixie dust in your pockets (ready to bless the less fortunate ones you may encounter).
Faith is your positive belief at things still unseen, yet to happen. But that it’ll be great in the end. When one door closes, another better one opens. When others around you, see your radiant beacon of hope, they want to congregate around you. Sometimes they will even buy you casual lunches or relaxed dinners. Take my word, there are free lunches. And Dream Big because dreams do come true!
I read that Grand Ideas are sometimes scribbled on napkins … or on the back of a crumpled envelope. Here’s mine.
The essence of BLESSED <=> BLESS is fundamentally this:
Those that are already BLESSED, must go forth and bless others. More blessings will come.
BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING TO OTHERS.

Those who feel they are NOT YET BLESSED, go be a blessing to the less fortunate anyway. Keep on blessing people, the blessings will eventually come. Instead of brooding on your misfortunes, go give a helping hand(s) to others, you might realise they have bigger problems than yours. Soon you’ll even forget what problems you had begun with.
BLESS OTHERS TILL YOU ARE BLESSED YOURSELF.
